A LARGE , VARIED REPERTOIRE & WE READ MUSIC

Both of us being able to read music has enabled us to produce a very large repertoire. From the 1920's to this year's chart music - if you want it (and we know it) - we’ll play it! For instance, we can play about three hours of 90’s music and at least seven hours of jazz / Latin, so there are plenty of songs to choose from - in fact, literally hundreds.

Our repertoire includes: disco, modern dance, Latin American, rock ‘n’ Roll, rock, funk, soul, this year's chart music and some of Cherie's original compositions. However, we can take you on a trip down memory lane by playing waltzes, jazz, swing, quick steps; foxtrots; and old time music if requested. We can play for sequence dances and tea dances if you ask when booking

The duo can focus entirely on Jazz; Swing; and Latin, or entirely on Pop and Rock for the whole of the performance, or we can vary it throughout the ages from the Big Band Era to the 21st century. This is a well-rehearsed duo that works in perfect harmony, no matter what the style of music.

NOT TOO LOUD / NOT TOO QUIET

There is no point in being a well rehearsed and versatile duo if the sound equipment is not good enough. We use high tech equipment, which is

Whether you need music to entertain guests at a Dinner / Dance; are organising a modern jive dance; need live music to spice up an evening of celebration - such as a wedding, Christmas party, anniversary, birthday...;  or just need background music to dine to - “The Cherie Flynn Duo” can do it all!

Often with music being provided in the form of a disco or “specialised” band, you are limited to the scope of music which can be played. With us however, whether young, or just young at heart - we can provide music for all generations, with almost any taste.
